Brooke Drops In On 'Everwood'

The year wraps up with an appearance to look forward to next year! Brooke just finished shooting an episode of the WB drama 'Everwood' which reunites her with her 'Guilty Hearts' co-star Treat Williams! Here's what she has to say about her episode:

"I just got back from Utah (coincidentally, enough) where I finished shooting a really great guest-starring role as Ellie Newhoff for the show "EVERWOOD" on the WB. I play one of Dr. Brown's patients (played by the distinguished Treat Williams) a senior student concerned that she may carry the breast cancer gene, as both her mother and sister suffered from the disease It was actually a reunion of sorts as I played his daughter about 5 years ago in a made-for-tv- movie for CBS, so we're excited to be able to work together again.

The episode is titled "An Ounce of Prevention", I don't know yet if an airdate is set."

Brooke on 'Supernatural'

Sorry for the short notice, but Brooke will be on tomorrow (November 22nd) night's episode of 'Supernatural' on the WB! The episode will rerun on Sunday, November 27th. Here's the update from Brooke:

"I have been super busy workwise, and subsequently have another tv alert!! I will be appearing on Supernatural as "Kat" next Tuesday, November 22nd at 9/8c on the WB in the episode "Asylum". The turnaround was surprisingly fast, as I shot the episode less than a month ago. We filmed in an old shut-down mental hospital called "Riverview" that has been known for "paranormal" energy in the past. My castmate Nick and I went exploring on the 'haunted' floors to soak in the ambience and get into character! It was a lot of fun."

Brooke on 'Head Cases' and 'Smallville'

Brooke's been quite busy lately! She just finished a guest spot on the new FOX series 'Head Cases' and will soon start filming a guest appeareance in 'Smallville'. Here's her update:

"I just wrapped up a Guest Star spot on a new show for FOX Network called "Head Cases" with Chris O'Donnell and Adam Goldberg. The show is about two lawyers who decide to open a firm together. The twist is that they are both a little unstable when it comes to their own mental states. I play Madeline Barton in eps #101 "(S)Elf Help". Madeline turns to the lawyers for help when her husband, an "ELF", (member of the Environmental Liberation Front) is accused of blowing up her father's SUV dealership.

Also, I will be appearing on Smallville as the head of a sorority at Metropolis University. That is, a sorority of a blood-sucking sort, because my character also happens to be a vampire. I guess I really get to "sink my teeth" into this part!! Ha ha. Coincidentally, my character's name is "Buffy"."

The 4400 Update

Brooke will be reprising her role as 'Nikki Hudson' for the second season of 'The 4400'. New episodes begin airing on USA June 5, 2005.

Brooke on 'Charmed'

From Brooke on her role on 'Charmed' (warning: spoilers ahead!):

"I recently filmed a guest starring role on the WB's Charmed as 'Hope'. Hope is freaked out by the sudden revelation that she's not only a magical being, but the new Guardian of Pandora's Box of Sorrows, which has come into her hands at the death of the previous Guardian. Stunned and disbelieving, particularly when she discovers she's got some powers of her own, Hope is taken under the wing of the Charmed Ones, who fill her in on her destiny. Not sure at first that she wants the job, Hope is kidnapped by the demon Katya, who wants to coerce her into giving up the Box, and although she is reluctant to believe in magic she knows evil when she sees it. At the urging of the Charmed Ones and the support from her friend Darcy, Hope finally decides to accept the mantle of magic and responsiiblity and settles into her new destiny as Guardian of Pandora's Box.

This was such a great episode to film. Watch out for my friend Michelle Hurd who plays Katya the demon. The episode is called "Little Box of Horrors" (season7, eps.18) and is slated to air on the WB Network Sunday, April 24th at 8/7c."

Comeback Season

Brooke will be working alongside Ray Liotta and Glenne Headly in the independent film 'Comeback Season' which was written by (and will be directed by) Bruce McCulloch. Filming begins in May.

Det. Malone has a hunch that Nell knows more than she is letting on about her missing friend."

And how was it working with the cast?

"It was a blast working with Anthony Lapaglia and the rest of the cast a crew, a really great experience."
